Kindergarten Supplies
These items should have your child's name clearly marked on them.
These are items that your child will use personally and he/she needs to have them from the first day of school.
* 1 backpack with your child's name clearly marked on the outside.
This will need to come with your child EVERY DAY. It should be bigenough to hold the notebook (below).
Please do not get a rolling backpack.
* A sturdy three ring notebook/binder 1 1/2" size not zippered.
(This notebook will become your child's poetry book. It will be amuch loved book that travels between school and home.
It should beof good quality to last the school year.)
* 75 clear economy weight plastic page protectors.
Please put these in thethree ring notebook. We will fill them over the course of the year.
*Change of clothes including underwear, pants and socks.
These should be in a plastic bag in your child,s backpack everyday. Accidents do happen in kindergarten even to the best of us!
* One pair of inexpensive headphones to attach to a computer foryour child to use in the computer lab. ($5.00 - $7.00)
Please send these in a zip lock bag. Be sure your child's name is clearly marked on both the bag and the headphones!
Headphones work much better for kindergarteners than earbuds!
*An adult size cardboard shoebox with lid or a similar sized box. Send itwith your child's name on it.
We will decorate these the first weeks of school. If you find an extra, that would be helpful as well.

The following supplies should NOT be marked with your child's name.
They will be gathered for the entire kindergarten class to share.

Boys

2 boxes 24 Crayola crayons
1 box colored pencils (24)
1 box broad tip markers (10)

1 box thin tip markers (10-12)
2 large glue sticks (1.4oz)
1 container of Anti-bacterial wipes
1 jar hand sanitizer
1 large box Kleenex
1 box quart size freezer bags
1 ream of copy paper

Girls

2 boxes 24 Crayola crayons
1 box colored pencils
1 box thin tip markers (10-12)
1 box broad tip markers (10)
2 Elmers glue bottles
1 container of Anti-bacterial wipes
1 bottle liquid hand soap
1 roll paper towels
1 box gallon size bags
1 ream of copy paper

Children will also need crayons, scissors, and glue at home to do homework.
